Robin K. Meihaus, Attorney at Law
Robin Meihaus is a litigation attorney who practices primarily in the fields of family law.
Robin was born and raised in New Jersey. She attended Gettysburg College where she played NCAA Division III soccer, studied abroad in France and Zimbabwe, and was a member of the Chi Omega sorority. Robin graduated college in 1998, with a B.A. in Business Management. After working in sales for several years, Robin went to graduate school to obtain her law degree. Robin graduated early from Rutgers University School of Law in 2003 after taking a summer semester abroad in Argentina and one at Pepperdine Law School in California.
Robin has more than ten years of experience in civil litigation. Robin began her legal career as an Assistant Attorney General in Austin, Texas where she defended state entities from various civil claims. Robin then joined a personal injury and FELA defense firm in Texas prior to relocating to South Carolina in 2006. Robin has worked for two prominent private family law and plaintiff's personal injury litigation firms in Charleston before going out on her own in 2011. When she is not practicing law, Robin is usually found spending time with her family, watching her kids play sports, volunteering for the community and serving as a board member for local entities and charities. She has served as a board member for Belle Hall Plantation, Coastal Tides Baseball and Good Friends of the Lowcountry.
